2. User Responsibilities
- Citizens must provide accurate identity information for Health ID generation.
- Healthcare providers must maintain active, verified medical licenses.
- Authorized businesses are responsible for the secure fulfillment of digital prescriptions.
3. Data Integrity and Usage
The platform strictly prohibits the unauthorized duplication, alteration, or sale of patient health information. All interactions are logged and audited to ensure high integrity within the national registry.
4. Liability and Indemnification
While JeevanPatra provides the infrastructure for digital care, clinical decisions and medical advice remain the sole responsibility of the consulting licensed professional. The platform serves as a secure conduit for information and identification.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
